After the flight operation is completed and Journey Log documents returned the work is not over yet. Now comes the time for analyses and eventual improvements.
ARCHIVER was designed for accessing and analyzing data on actual flights operations on the basis of completed and archived Journey Log documents.
As an integral part of Caspis Airline Suite it enables the users from various departments to monitor and analyze post-flight data.
Our solution takes advantage of the multidocument windows technology that offers simple and intuitive access to most complete information.
Several views can be opened bringing a synchronized overview of the archived data, including:
- Documents view,
- Flight Tables view,
- Crew Tables view,
- Reports view,
- Charts view,
- Error Checking view,
- Print Preview
The Documents view acts as the main archive of completed Journey Log documents. They can be accessed by dates or by crew members using the attached tree view.
The double Table view is used for various analyses of flight operations and crew members' cumulative data.
While the top pane is used for selections, the bottom one displays results of performed calculations.
Various reports can be created and attached to the bottom tabs of the Text Reports view. They can be presented as detailed or summarized numerical tables.
Several charts can be prepared and attached to the bottom tabs of the Chart Reports view using simple business graphics.
