Charter operations management is something very special thus requiring a very special approach. We offer just that.
CHARTEX was designed to join the Charter department into the integral information system and to give users all the necessary support to manage all special tasks that are characteristic for this type of flight operations.
Our solution takes advantage of the state-of-the-art multidocument windows technology that offers simple and intuitive access to most complete information.
Several graphical views can be opened and updated simultaneously bringing a synchronized overview of the current situation, including:
- Flights view,
- Invoices view,
- Text Reports,
- Chart Reports,
- Error Checking,
- Print Preview
The Flights view displays the current flight plan combined with actual operations for a selected fleet. The window is divided into two synchronized parts that combine graphical view with numerical data in the form of a table. Multiple seasons can be grouped together and accessed using the bottom tabs.
Invoice data can be easily managed in the Invoices view. All documents are available from there for review or update. They are grouped by years and accessed by the bottom tabs.
Various reports can be created and displayed in the Text Reports view presented as detailed or summarized numerical tables.
Several charts can be created and displayed in the Chart Reports view using simple business graphics.
